Gianina Baker

Associate Director of Evaluation, Learning, and Equitable Assessment

Dr. Gianina Baker is the associate director of evaluation, learning, and equitable assessment at the Office of Community College Research and Leadership. She supports and promotes OCCRL through her project management and assists with assessment/evaluation consulting services, public engagement, and the organization's research agenda.

Prior to her current role, Dr. Baker served as the acting director of the National Institute for Learning Outcomes Assessment, a research-resource organization that provides thought leadership and technical assistance to colleges and universities nationally and is geared toward the assessment of student learning. Previously, Dr. Baker served as the director of institutional effectiveness & planning, director of institutional research, and as a counselor, all positions at Richland Community College.
