Brandi Neal

Brandi Neal is pursuing her doctorate in the Department of Education Policy, Organization & Leadership with a concentration in social and cultural studies. Her research focuses on African-American women in leadership in higher education and how their cultural identity and gender intersect to inform and influence their practices in student affairs. She has worked as an academic adviser, a study-abroad coordinator and trip leader, and as a research assistant.
