Step 5

Review and Reflection

The Review and Reflection phase is an integral component of the Pathways to Results process that focuses on capturing learning through reflection and assessing. Additionally, it enables the sustainability of solutions and identifies benefits of the Pathways to Results process that can be extended to other programs and processes. Most importantly, a process of reviewing and reflecting enables team members and partners to contemplate how activities and conversations culminate in shared learning that contributes to future improvements.

Process Improvement & Evaluation Questions for Reflection

  1. In what ways do the solutions enable practitioners to improve the process?
  2. How does the team envision the recommended solutions affecting outcomes and equity for students?
