Step 4

Review and Reflect

The Review and Reflect phase is an integral component of the Pathways to Results process that focuses on capturing learning through reflection. In addition, the review and reflection process assesses and enables the sustainability of solutions and identifies benefits of the Pathways to Results process that can be extended to other programs and processes. Most importantly, a process of reviewing and reflecting allows team members and partners to contemplate how activities and conversations culminate in shared learning that contributes to future improvements.

Engagement and Commitment Questions for Reflection

  1. How do partners and team members engage in the Pathways to Results process?
  2. How does the Engagement and Commitment phase facilitate the improvement of pathways and programs?
  3. What problems emerge as most critical to improving the performance of diverse student groups?
  4. How does the Pathways to Results project align with other pathway or program improvement goals of the partners?
