Build It & They Will Use It: Designing Equity Tools to Support CTE

This session will discuss the process of developing a peer-review process to support practitioners and faculty involved with career and technical education, and provide tools and strategies for implementation.

While career and technical education has proven to strengthen students' academic, technical, and employability skills, there remains significant equity gaps and a need to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency to advance a continuous improvement model to address inequities. This session will discuss the process of developing a peer-review process to support practitioners and faculty, and provide tools and strategies for implementation.
