Black full professors, including Illinois Professor Dr. Eboni Zamani-Gallaher, will share their lived experiences of navigating various obstacles to attain the rank of full professor before the age of 45. This symposium adds to the discussion by sharing how one may be able to advance to the highest academic rank in the academy early in one’s career.
