Webinar
This webinar will be hosted by Dr. Elvira J. Abrica, an assistant professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
The last webinar in the Pathways to Results Coffee Break Webinar Series will feature Dr. Elvira J. Abrica, an assistant professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
The session will reflect on effective institutional research practice as outlined by Patrick Terenzini (1993, 2013). In addition, conversations around professional capacities, skills, or knowledge that may or may not serve racial equity in community colleges will be addressed. Dr. Abrica will challenge the presumed neutrality of institutional research and explore methodological concepts of testimonials and reflexivity tools for advancing anti-deficit research on racially minoritized students in community college contexts.
The time listed is Central Standard Time.
