This webinar will kick off the Pathways to Results Coffee Break Webinar Series and will focus on how deficit mindsets and practices negatively affect community college students inside and outside of the classroom. It will also touch on defining asset-based methods and mindsets that have positive effects on students socially and academically within higher education.
Chaddrick James-Gallaway and Brandi Neal, both of the Office of Community College Research and Leadership, will be the presenters.
