OCCRL is proud to announce the opening of offices in Chicago at the Illini Center, located at 200 South Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois. OCCRL’s new location positions key researchers, faculty affiliates, and other collaborators in the center of one of the most vibrant cities in the US. With important work already underway in Chicago, OCCRL plans to expand its commitment and scope of work to serve the Chicago metropolitan area. Dr. Debra Bragg, Director of OCCRL, said,

It is a very exciting time for OCCRL and for the many organizations and groups who support and use our work. We are very grateful to the College of Education and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for the resources and support that have been shown for OCCRL. We are excited about the opportunity to locate in Chicago and contribute to the future of Illinois’ most precious urban asset!

BTW: OCCRL’s new offices are located right across the street from Willis (formerly Sears) Tower. How cool is that?
