Recognizing and Understanding Implicit Bias Panel
As part of the Academic Leadership Seminar Series at Illinois, the panelists at this event will discuss how implicit bias influences work distribution, annual reviews, and recognition of faculty and staff contributions, as well as what attendees can do to address issues within their units.
Dr. Eboni Zamani-Gallaher, a scholar in the Department of Education Policy, Organization & Leadership and the director of the Office of Community College Research and Leadership, will participate at the event as a panelist.
