Individualized Learning Plans (ILP) assist students in exploring and identifying career and educational opportunities that support their personal, educational, and career goals. This personalized portfolio allows students to reflect on their skills and interests, as well as demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and abilities as they pursue educational and employment opportunities. Faculty play a critical role in supporting the students’ ILPs and portfolio development. This webinar will focus on the faculty’s role in identifying and integrating artifacts from the courses they teach into students’ ILPs.
