Workshop: Transforming Career Pathways: Leveraging Evidence, Partners, and Program Review

Register now for this engaging forum to learn and gather practical tools based on the experiences of Illinois college leaders who have improved their career pathways or reimagined their Program Review process. This workshop will introduce a new framework for guiding teams or individual leaders from identified pathway problems or outcomes gaps (e.g., completion or retention problems among particular student groups) toward selecting and implementing evidence-based solutions.

This workshop is intended for individual leaders or career pathway teams looking to embed best practices uniquely into their own career pathways to solve real problems for students. The tools used at this workshop utilize Illinois’ newly revised < href="http://occrl.illinois.edu/docs/librariesprovider4/pos/cp-principles-2015.pdf">Guiding Principles for Career Pathways Design and Implementation as a basis and framework for change, which provides a valuable connection between the change process and program review requirements.

This event will also feature reflections from Pathways to Results colleges that have acted as leading change agents in partnership with their K-12, industry, and transfer partners to create a more inclusive, data-driven approach to pathway change.

Please provide the requested information in the form below to register for this event, or register here. Registration closes on Friday, May 13. Space is limited.

Lunch will be served.
