This session will provide teams a tool to assess their capacity to scale an innovations that foster student success. Attendees will engage with the Ready to Scale Tool, a self-assessment tool designed to help teams to explore their current capacity to scaling an innovation. The experience gained during the session, will allow attendees to facilitate use of the tool with their TAACCCT teams to support scaling innovative strategies, practices, and programs.
