Redesigning Retention Services: Implementation and Impact

Consortia are redesigning student retention services to: a) support student persistence in their programs, and b) help graduates secure employment. This presentation will start with an overview of three TAACCCT consortia’s efforts to redesign retention services. Highlighted findings on the implementation and impact of these services will be shared. Finally, we will explore what retention services exist at audience members’ colleges; and what evidence is needed to determine the impact of these services.
