OCCRL Director Eboni Zamani-Gallaher will be a participate on this panel, which will be an informal conversation about the guided pathways college completion movement. An increased focus in this realm has recently been placed on post-traditional learners and the alignment between career and workforce outcomes. Panelists will discuss whether or not longstanding equity gaps have been closed and identify future opportunities to build upon the initial pathways work at scale.
