Illinois community colleges are invited to register teams of two to four individuals for the Pathways to Results Drive-In Academy, which will assist Illinois community college professionals in promoting equity-focused, data-driven change efforts in career technical education (CTE) programs.
Attendees will learn how to integrate PTR into their program review process and are encouraged to bring program review data and documents for academy activities. Support toward the development of an implementation plan to advance equity in programs and pathways will be provided both during and after the academy.
The keynote speaker of the event will be Dr. Anjalé "AJ" Welton, who will discuss equity-based strategies for developing the data literacy and how equity-conscious leadership is key to fostering a culture of data use that promotes equity-oriented change.
