It is difficult to understand something one has never seen. For many, equity is unwitnessed, mythical. With support from the Office of Community College Research and Leadership's Pathways Collaborative Equity Partners Fund, this project used clips from video recordings of college classrooms and professional conversations among educators to create video-based activities that explore instructional equity. This webinar includes an overview of the development of three video case activities and provides examples that illustrate tools for orchestrating equity-centered professional conversations that are challenging, purposeful, and consequential.
