This breakout session will build on the morning plenary and help Rock Valley College faculty and staff to explore, define, reflect on, and counteract microaggressions in and outside the classroom. This session is intended to empower faculty and staff to cultivate a diverse, equitable, and just community that supports student learning and success. Come prepared to dive into how microaggressions occur on campuses and what you can do to address them.
