  • Natasha Jankowski, Research Assistant for OCCRL, hosted the sixth webinar in a series of online conversations exploring Illinois' Programs of Study Guiding Principles and Design Elements. The June Webinar session included a panel discussion that focused on the Program Improvement and Accounatbility principle.

Panel Members:

  • Anne J. Cothran, System Director, EFE 040

    Anne Cothran has a Doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction and Masters in Administration & Supervision from Loyola University in Chicago. Her teaching endorsements include Sociology, Economics, English, and Business. In her position as Education for Employment Director she works with regional high schools and their community college on Perkins Programs of Study development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Randy Fletcher, Dean of Academic Services, Parkland College
    Randy Fletcher is Dean of Academic Services at Parkland College. Prior to Parkland, he worked at Danville Area Community College as dean of library and academic services. His education includes a B.A. in English literature and religion from Illinois Wesleyan University, Bloomington; M.S. in communication/cultural studies from Illinois State University, Normal; and a M.S. in library & information science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
  • Timothy Harmon, Visiting Project Coordinator, OCCRL
    Timothy Harmon joined OCCRL in March 2009. He has served as president of Workforce Enterprise Services, a management consulting firm. He has previously been involved in statewide initiatives such as Shifting Gears, a Healthcare/Nursing initiative, and evaluation of the Workforce Investment Act. At OCCRL, he is working on the Perkins Programs of Study project and as a co-evaluator for the Shifting Gears initiative.
