- Catherine Kirby, Assistant Director of OCCRL, will host the fourth webinar in a series of online conversations exploring Illinois' Programs of Study Guiding Principles and Design Elements. The April session will highlight features of the Enhanced Curriculum and Instruction.

- Karen Johnson, Director of the Northwest Suburban ETC Partnership, Arlington Heights, IL
Karen Johnson, Executive Director of Northwest Suburban Career Partnership is an experienced EFE system director with 25 years background leading innovative program and curriculum development projects. Karen has worked with innovative cluster programs in health, finance and manufacturing including serving as one of three secondary pilot sites in the nation for development of the original national health cluster standards. As a current member of the Therapeutic Pathway Development Team the Northwest Suburban Career Partnership is also designated as a secondary pilot site for the state health cluster orientation course. Karen has previously served as a system director in four different systems in Northwest Illinois, Interim State Director for Career and Technical Education and teaching assignments in Science and Family and Consumer Science.
- Gary Morgan, Dean of Engineering, Math and Physical Sciences at College of Lake County, Grayslake, IL
Gary Morgan, Dean of Engineering, Math and Physical Sciences at College of Lake County (CLC), Grayslake, IL. is an experienced administrator and instructor with an educational background in electronics and industrial education. Since joining CLC in 2005, Gary has assumed numerous responsibilities in program development, fiscal leadership, and program assessment. Currently, he is also the site director for the College's Computer Numerical Controls Bridge Program, part of a grant from the Joyce Foundation and the Illinois Community College Board. Prior to his employment at CLC, Gary was a Dean at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and prior to that, the Dean of Occupational and Technical Career Programs at Richland Community College, Decatur.
