- Jason Taylor, OCCRL Research Assistant, will host the third webinar in a series of online conversations exploring Illinois' Programs of Study Guiding Principles and Design Elements. The March session will highlight features of the Alignment & Transition principle and identify promising practices and strategies related to alignment and transition.

- Michael Sloan, Illinois Central College
Michael Sloan taught mechanical engineering technology courses for sixteen years before serving eight years as the Associate Dean of Agricultural & Industrial Technologies. Michael also administers the Partnerships for College and Career Success grant. Both as a faculty member and an administrator, Michael has attempted to build linkages between high school and college and college and employers.
- Sean McLaughlin, Education for Employment System #330
Sean Mclaughlin served as a high school Industrial Technology teacher for thirteen years. His students developed an award winning program by operating a solar wood drying kiln and using the profits to update the program. Sean was the recipient of the SIU excellence in education award and served on the team that developed the state standards in science. For the past seventeen years he has served as the System Director for Education for Employment #330 in Champaign, IL.
