This session presents tools to assess stakeholder perspectives on implementation. Participants will also engage in a stakeholder analysis to help them determine supporters and detractors, and they will discuss strategies for addressing these complex dynamics. Questions that this session will address include: Who are critical stakeholders? How should stakeholder perspectives be identified? How should stakeholder be involved in the implementation process? What should be done to assess and encourage the engagement of stakeholders?
